Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your GAJA EARTH piece. If you change your mind about your purchase, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, receive the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement, for example by email:

You may use the following wording:

“I hereby withdraw from the purchase contract for the following goods: [item]. Ordered on [date] / received on [date]. Name: [name]. Address: [address].”

You do not have to provide a reason for your withdrawal.

Returning the goods

After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must send the goods back to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

The direct cost of returning the goods is paid by the customer.

Please handle and inspect the clothing with reasonable care. You may try on garments in the same way you would in a shop. You may be responsible for any loss in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Refunds

If you withdraw from your purchase, we will refund the payments we have received from you, including the cost of the cheapest standard delivery option we offered.

We will make the refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the day on which we receive your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof that you have sent them back, whichever occurs earlier.

The refund will normally be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you and this does not result in any fees for you.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at gajaearth.shop@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue with you.

Your statutory rights regarding defective or non-conforming goods remain unaffected.
